Shuichi
A utility hub that lives in the notch. Tap it and your clipboard history,
dictation, audio mixer and today’s calendar are already there — no window, no Dock icon.

This is a private beta
It is signed by a registered Apple developer and notarized by Apple, so it opens
without a warning and without you having to right-click anything. It is still a beta: expect
rough edges, and please tell me about them. It updates itself — new builds arrive in the app.

It will ask for six permissions, and here is why
Nothing is requested at launch. Each one is asked the first time you use the
feature that needs it, after a card explaining what it is for — and every feature you skip
keeps working without the ones you refuse.
- Accessibility and Input Monitoring — to notice a word typed on the
wrong keyboard layout and switch it for the next one. What you type is never recorded or sent
anywhere.
- Screen Recording — to draw the thumbnails in Dock window previews. Nothing is
captured unless you hover a Dock icon.
- Microphone — dictation. Transcription runs on your Mac; no audio leaves it.
- Audio Recording — to give each app its own volume and output device. Used for
routing, not for listening.
- Calendar — to show today’s events in the Focus tab. Read-only.
The clipboard drops secrets rather than storing them: anything a password manager
marks as concealed, and anything shaped like a token or key. Wallet addresses are kept.

Unzip it and drag Shuichi.app into Applications. It runs as an accessory:
no Dock icon and no Cmd-Tab entry. There is a menu bar item for settings and for quitting.
